Wedding post-production that still looks like you.
Vowform gives wedding photographers and filmmakers a dedicated editing partner for culling, color, retouching, and films—built around your style, your deadlines, and your brand.
Keep the creative direction. Hand off the production load.
Wedding season should not mean months of unfinished galleries, late-night editing, and delayed films. Vowform becomes an extension of your studio—learning how you expose, color, crop, retouch, and tell a story before taking on recurring production.

SPECIALIST WEDDING POST-PRODUCTION
One partner for the work that happens after the wedding day.
Launch with a focused service system that photographers and filmmakers can understand quickly, price clearly, and use repeatedly.
Photo Editing
From thousands of captured frames to a cohesive, ready-to-deliver wedding gallery.
Includes: Culling, color correction, style matching, local adjustments, sneak peeks, and gallery quality control.
We do not replace your visual identity. We document it.
Every recurring client receives a private Vowform Style Profile. It records the choices that make your work recognizable—from skin tone and exposure to reception lighting, crops, contrast, grain, and black-and-white treatment.
Studio partnership plans begin at $899 per month. Capacity and project limits are confirmed before enrollment.
YOUR WORK STAYS YOURS
Built for confidential, white-label production.
Wedding files contain private family moments and valuable creative work. Vowform treats confidentiality, controlled access, and responsible file handling as part of the service—not an optional extra.
Files are never published or added to a portfolio without written permission.
02
Limited project access
Access is restricted to the people assigned to the production workflow.
03
Documented retention
Transfer, archive, and deletion expectations are confirmed during onboarding.
04
White-label by default
Vowform stays behind the scenes while your studio remains client-facing.
COMMON QUESTIONS
What photographers and filmmakers ask before the first project.
Will the gallery still look like my work?
Yes—that is the purpose of the paid pilot and private style profile. Your references, preset, camera profile, and feedback define the approved direction.
What do you need for a style-match pilot?
A small set of selected files, your preset where relevant, examples of completed work, and concise notes about your exposure, color, crop, and retouching preferences.
Can you work with my Lightroom catalog?
The workflow can be structured around a Lightroom catalog, Smart Previews, selected RAW files, or another agreed handoff method.
How many revisions are included?
The standard photo workflow includes one consolidated revision round. Film packages include the number of rounds shown in the project scope.
Do you edit both photographs and films?
Yes. Vowform supports wedding gallery editing, detailed retouching, social teasers, highlights, and documentary film edits.
Do you publish client work?
Not without separate written permission. Confidential white-label handling is the default position.
